After retirement as vice-president of a
prominent high tech corporation Mr. Valley
turned his talents to writing and lecturing. His
books cover diverse subjects such as
military/historical, poker gambling, Indian
casinos, conjoined twins, and action/adventure.
He has published over 100 short stories and
currently edits a military magazine. in 2014, he
was asked my the Philippine Government to
participate in the 70th anniversary of the
country's Liberation. He now accepts a limited
number of speaking engagements.
